Group Piano

Children ages 3 to 12 have an opportunity to participate in Music For Young Children, a piano based group program. These lessons are an hour. For more information, go to the Music For Young Children link.

Private Lessons

Lessons are 30 minutes weekly and include theory, lesson book and supplementary materials. Students have the opportunity to practice theory through computer programs as well as games and activities. A popular feature has been the piano store in which students earn composer money for practice, recitals, contests, etc. and  can "cash" it in to buy gifts and novelties twice a year.

Recitals

  • Two studio recitals are held each year. One is on December 11, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., and the other in May. Recitals highlight the accomplishments of the students and allow them to show family and friends their progress.
